At TCP, sustainability isn’t just a goal it’s a way of life. We’re proud to say that our Eaglescliffe tea factory, one of the largest tea production facilities in the world, runs on 100% renewable electricity, with 50% sourced from the grid, and 50% sourced from a dedicated solar farm.

To outline our progress, we thought we’d share a timeline of our journey to reducing emissions and advancing circular economies. Since 2016, we’ve taken meaningful steps‐from installing biomass boilers and joining plastics pacts to achieving carbon neutrality across scopes 1 and 2. Today, our largest tea factory runs on 100% green electricity. Each milestone moves us closer to our ultimate goal: reaching Net Zero by 2040.
